Shipping Information
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible; most of the time this means the same or next business day. We are open Monday-Friday, excluding most major U.S. Holidays. The transit time for each package is dependent on the shipping method you select when ordering and can be found from the appropriate carrier's website, or in the description of the shipping method you select when ordering. We only ship to the United States, U.S. Tterritories, and Canada. Please do not place orders with shipping address outside of these areas. Returns and Exchanges
Because many of the items sold on this website are consumable goods or have a shelf-life, returns and exchanges are only accepted with a written authorization prior to returning the product(s). If an item is in good, unopened condition, an exchange may be made at the original purchase price for another item in stock. If the returned item is unusable, partial credit will be issued on an individual basis after inspection by our return department. This is for the protection of all our customers.
