We strive to deliver the highest in customer service. Occasionally there are shipping or stock delays resulting from our error or lost e-mails. We cannot be held responsible for such errors. When ordering glass, all "each" units are defined as one square foot (144 square inches), but may be odd or irregular sizes. If you need specific sizes, please verify BEFORE ordering. Furthermore, any damage resulting from shipping must be photographed and e-mailed to us via a reply to your original order confirmation e-mail along with a description of damage WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Every effort will be made to issue a refund or send replacement(s) at our sole discretion. Shipping Information

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible; most of the time this means the next business day. Please note that not all items are kept in stock, and some low or out of stock items may delay your shipment. We will normally notify you of this via e-mail, but if you are expecting your order by a certian day, please let us know when ordering. We are open Monday-Friday, excluding most major U.S. Holidays. The transit time for each package is dependent on the shipping method you select when ordering and can be found from the appropriate carrier's website, or in the description of the shipping method you select when ordering. We only ship to the United States. Please do not place orders with other shipping addresses. If you wish to receive an e-mail when you order ships, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link to the left or simply note this when placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many of the items sold on this website are consumable goods or have a shelf-life, returns and exchanges are only accepted with a written authorization prior to returning the product(s). If an item is in good, unopened condition, an exchange may be made at the original purchase price for another item in stock. If the returned item is unusable, partial credit will be issued on an individual basis after inspection by our return department. This is for the protection of all our customers.
